Fran swimming for GB in Athens ...

Fran Williamson is my daughter and I am delighted and proud to announce that she represented Great Britain at the Paralympic Games in Athens in 2004. Fran has been swimming for just a few years now and has represented her club, England and Great Britain all over the world. Fran won't tell you that when she was younger she was absolutely terrified of water: so she's beaten a few demons to get where she has!

She brought back a bagful of medals: 3 Silver and 1 Bronze.

For the record; and just to prime you for the Beijing Paralympic Games, you could have supported Fran by wearing one of her Frantastic Tee Shirts.

This is Fran as seen on the front of her tee shirt

Just £7.50 would have got you a tee shirt that would have supported Fran on her way to Athens!

Fran's tee shirts were designed by her best friend Jo. Price included P&P and we even sent a few to the USA.

We had the tee shirts in various sizes, subject to availability of XXL, XL, L and M.

These tee shirts were supplied at cost as a special Frantastic Promotion!.

Colchester Phoenix's Fran Williamson waited until the last minute to swim under the British team's qualification time.
The S3 swimmer ... pulled it out the bag with a British record in the 50m backstroke with a time of 1:06.15 seconds - more than two seconds below the qualification standard and half a second under her own 18-month old record.
